COUPLE’S PREGNANCY PLANNING CHECKUP
A comprehensive body checkup for a couple before planning a pregnancy.
A checkup before conception will
reduce the risk of congenital diseases in the child and the likelihood of complications during pregnancy and labor in the future mother.
At the second consultation, the gynecologist or urologist will give recommendations, and if there are deviations in the tests or complaints, will refer for additional research.
It is recommended to undergo a check-up 3-4 months before the planned conception.
Consultation of specialists:
- General practitioner consultation (60 minutes) on-site
- Gynecologist consultation (for women)
- Urologist consultation (for men) primary
- Follow-up appointment with a general practitioner (30 minutes) Face-to-face or online
- Gynecologist (women) repeat appointment
- Urologist (for men) repeated reception
Laboratory diagnostics:
For women:
- Clinical blood test
- TTG
- General urine analysis
- Creatinine
- Fasting blood glucose
- Blood group and Rh factor
- Vitamin D
- Rubella antibody (IgG) test
- Blood test for antibodies (IgG) to measles
- Blood tests for HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Syphilis.
- Co-testing (PAP test + HPV)
- Urogenital STI test (DNA Neisseria gonorrhoeae/ Chlamydia trachomatis/Trichomonas vaginalis)
For men:
- Urogenital STI testing (Neisseria gonorrhoeae/ Chlamydia trachomatis/Trichomonas vaginalis)
- Blood tests for HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, syphilis infections
- Spermogram
- MAR test
Instrumental diagnostics:
- Ultrasound of pelvic organs (for women)
