Indications for a "Full cycle with your native oocyte donor":
Low or zero fertility
Unsuccessful IVF with own eggs
Genetic diseases
Include:
- Control of ovulation stimulation and folliculogenesis of the donor
- Transvaginal puncture of donor follicles
- Anesthesia (intravenous)
- Synchronization of menstrual cycles or single thawing of embryos during the first transfer
- The donor's stay in the day hospital after the puncture (2 hours)
- Sperm processing
- Fertilization of eggs
- ICSI (15 oocytes)
- Cultivation of gametes and embryos, including prolonged
- Assisted hatching
- Transfer of embryos into the uterine cavity of the patient
- Stay in a day hospital after transfer (30 minutes)
- Cryopreservation and storage of embryos (1 month, 2 straws)
